What are the trays made from?
Hand-formed, fine-grained stoneware with a matte glaze. Each design uses shallow raked textures or fixed sculptural reliefs. See each product for its dimensions, finish and care.
Does the tray drain water?
No. These are tabletop trays for arranging tea ware, with no drain, tubing or water-storage chamber. Do not pour excess water onto them. Stones shown in relief designs are fixed parts of the tray; no loose sand or stones are supplied.
Which finish should I choose?
Chalk is warm off-white; Sand is beige; Ash is warm gray; Basalt is charcoal; Moss is muted gray-green. Available finishes depend on the design. Choose a finish before adding a tray to your cart.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all 50 US states and Washington, D.C. US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses and PO boxes are excluded. Standard shipping is free on all eligible orders.
How long does delivery take?
Handling takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes 3–4 business days after dispatch. The combined estimate is 4–6 business days from the applicable processing start day, not a guaranteed arrival date. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays. The cutoff is 07:00PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago). This cutoff is fixed at UTC−06:00 and does not change with daylight saving time. Orders after the cutoff or on nonbusiness days begin processing the next business day.
What is your return policy?
Request a return within 30 days of receipt. Ordinary change-of-mind returns must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. Contact us first with your order number and reason for authorization. Returns go to our address in France. You pay change-of-mind shipping; we cover return shipping for our error, damage or defects. No restocking fee applies.
What if my tray arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact [email protected] for assistance; photos may help assess the issue. Ordinary unused and original-packaging requirements do not prevent assistance with damage, defects or incorrect items. We cover applicable return shipping.
When will an approved refund arrive?
After approval, the funds will automatically be returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
How do I care for the tray?
Gently hand wash with mild detergent, use a soft cloth or brush for textured areas, and dry fully. Avoid abrasive pads, soaking and sudden temperature changes. Product pages include design-specific care.
What will I pay at checkout?
Prices are in USD. Eligible US orders receive free standard shipping. Checkout tax is $0.00; this does not mean the products are legally tax-exempt. The full total is shown before payment.
