Delivery area
We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or PO boxes. Countries outside this delivery area cannot proceed with payment.
Shipping charges
All eligible US orders receive free standard shipping. No expedited service is offered.
Order processing and cutoff
Handling time is 1–2 business days. The order cutoff is 07:00PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago). This cutoff is fixed at UTC−06:00 and does not change with daylight saving time. Orders placed after the cutoff, on a weekend or on a holiday begin processing on the next business day. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day begin processing that day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays, including their observed dates.
Transit and estimated arrival
Transit time is 3–4 business days after dispatch. Combined with handling, the estimated total delivery time is 4–6 business days from the applicable processing start day. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays and other circumstances may affect arrival.
