30-day returns
Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the tea tray must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. There is no restocking fee.
How to request a return

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us if your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Photos may help us assess the issue. The ordinary unused-condition and original-packaging requirements for change-of-mind returns do not prevent us from assisting with these issues. We will review the issue with you and provide the appropriate return or resolution instructions.
Return shipping
We cover return shipping when the issue is our error, damage or a defect. You pay return shipping when you change your mind. Change-of-mind returns go to our authorized return address in France; consider international return shipping costs before purchasing.
Refunds
After a refund is approved, the funds will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. No restocking fee is deducted. Contact us if you need help with an approved refund.
